Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time — if this occurs, we will contact you promptly to confirm updated dispatch times.
- If there is a delay due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Areas
- We deliver to all UK mainland addresses.
- Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands may take longer and incur additional charges — please contact us for a quote before ordering.
- We currently do not ship internationally via the website. For overseas orders, please contact us at info@3signs.co.uk.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
- Some smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail without tracking — these will still have proof of postage.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@3signs.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier.
- Claims for lost parcels must be made within 14 working days of the expected delivery date.
