Return & Refund Policy
If you experience any issue with your order — whether it has not been received, arrives faulty, damaged, or you have any other concern — please contact us first at info@3signs.co.uk. Our team will respond promptly to resolve the matter.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- Goods must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from 3 Signs.

Personalised or custom-printed products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the damage or fault to help us process your claim quickly. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-printed products
- Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable
How to Return an Item
- Email info@3signs.co.uk, providing your order number and reason for return.
- If the item has to be returned, securely package your item(s) and send via a tracked postal or courier service. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. We will not be liable for any return cost that we di not authorise.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show the funds.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original (if eligible) for a refund.
